We raise our poultry on organic feed, which is corn and soy-free

We raise Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys. We raise our turkeys from day-old poults, and after their time in the brood house, they are free to forage on their own pasture. Because our turkeys are raised on pasture, they are more active and have access to a greater variety of food, producing birds that are healthier, with bigger thighs and more succulent, flavorful meat. We do not crowd them or cage them; they are raised steroid and antibiotic-free and are fed organic, corn, and soy-free food and abundant fresh, clean water.

At harvest, our turkeys are professionally and humanely processed and provided to you as a fresh, unfrozen whole turkey.

For 2025, we will grow 1 batches of 14 birds. 

Brood 1 – Hatched 16 June 2025 – and will be available 9 October 2025

Our appointment with the processor is confirmed. We regret that we were unable to secure an appointment closer to the holiday. Approximately one week prior to our processing appointment for the batch, we will contact everyone who has placed orders and arrange for a location to deliver your turkey.

OUR PROCESS

We charge  $5.90  per pound, based on the weight after processing. We ask for a  $25.00  NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per bird at the time of order, with the balance due upon delivery.  Since this breed has the potential to become very large, we have timed these poults hatch date to produce a reasonable sized bird at harvest. We anticipate a typical packaged weight ranging from 16 to 22 pounds per bird.
